Hey everyone! I’m Alisha a.k.a. “we got Taylor at home”. I’m the lead singer of the band and I’ve been a Swiftie my whole life now. Taylor has always been my inspiration to pick up an instrument and to sing and write music. Being in a Taylor Swift Tribute band has been a very long dream of mine and I am super excited that it is finally happening. It’s amazing that I can spend so much time together with my friends to make an unforgettable night for other Swifties. Seeing everyone dance and sing along to Taylor’s music makes me SO happy! It truly feels like we are one big friend group, having the time of our lives. I hope to see you all at one of our concerts (or at a Taylor concert!?) and hopefully we can trade some friendship bracelets.
Hey, my name is Simone and I’m the guitarist and backing vocalist of Love Story. My love for music started early. From the moment I could talk I was already singing and later on I wanted to learn an instrument that would allow me to sing along. That choice led me to the guitar! I’ve been playing the guitar since I was 8 and I can’t imagine a day without playing it. I’m fortunate to have turned this hobby into my profession. Currently I’m in my final year of the music teacher program at the Conservatory in Maastricht and I enjoy teaching music to children. In addition to teaching music I also love playing music I like myself and coincidentally it happens to be the music of Taylor Swift! I’m incredibly grateful and proud to be part of this band. I can’t wait to conquer the stages together with these Swifties!
It’s me, Bas, Love Story’s bass player and backing vocalist. I’m the eldest of the band though I’m still younger than miss Swift herself. Instruments like the clarinet, piano and guitar started my enthusiasm and career in music, then I found my preferred instrument that happens to match my name! By day, I’m a music and English teacher at a Waldorf high school. By night, I’m a musician, gamer and soon to be dad. I delved into Taylor’s music when 1989 was first released and fully became a Swiftie when Folklore (my favourite) hit the shelves. Meet me on the stage!
Hi, I’m Freek, Love Story’s drummer. My love for drums and music in general starting growing from the moment I joined the local marching band when I was 9 years old. During my high school period I played in a few local bands, that’s where my interest in sound engineering started. I started volunteering at a local music venue and got my audio engineering degree at the Herman Brood Academy. After a couple of years of working at music venues and touring the country with a partyband as a crew member, I started missing playing the drums myself. I’m very glad I found these fellow Swifties to start this adventure with. I hope to see you at one of our shows!
